At Prodigital Technology Corp., product reliability and service life are central to our LED lighting solutions. Every LED luminaire is supplied with a 3-Year Return-to-Base Manufacturer Warranty as standard.
Selected product models are available with an extended 5-Year Manufacturer Warranty.
Warranty Coverage Includes:
- Defects in materials or manufacturing workmanship
- Failure of LED chips or power supplies under normal operating conditions
Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Damage caused by weather conditions or unstable power supply
- Issues resulting from incorrect installation or improper use
- Product modifications or alterations made after purchase
A valid purchase receipt or invoice is required for all warranty claims. If a product fails within the warranty period, our technical team will assess the issue and provide either a repair or a replacement, as appropriate.
Component Quality & Production Standards
We apply strict quality control throughout every stage of production—from design and component selection to final testing. To ensure stable and dependable operation, we use components sourced from well-established manufacturers, including:
- Mean Well LED drivers
- Osram, Philips Lumileds, CREE, and Epistar LED chips
- LEDil and Polymer optical lenses
These components are chosen for their proven performance in demanding applications such as architectural façades, public infrastructure, and commercial lighting projects.
